We provide comprehensive medical examinations. Our civil surgeon, Dr. Varsha Sambare, is authorized by USCIS to conduct these specialized exams and ensure all health requirements are met for your application.

Exams are by appointment only during the following window:

• Days: Monday, Thursday, and Friday

• Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Subject to availability)

Please note that immigration services are self-pay only; we do NOT accept insurance for these specific examinations.

Service Cost Payment Notes

• Medical Examination: $150 per person

• $30 non-refundable deposit per person is required to reserve the appointment slot. This cannot be refunded. An additional deposit is required to change the appointment time.

• $120 balance per person is due at the time of visit.

• Lab Testing & Vaccines: $200 – $600 - Costs vary based on your specific health requirements.

• Same-Day Expedite: +$200 per person - Includes external document review ($100) and priority processing ($100).

• Document Review: $50 – $100 - Applicable for the review of certain external medical records.

• Same-Day Cancellations: Will incur a fee of $15/person.

Your Appointment Checklist

To ensure a smooth visit, please bring the following items:

• Identification: Three (3) copies of your Passport or Driver’s License.

• Immunization Records: Three (3) copies of all prior vaccination history.

• Form I-693: We provide this form at the office. However, if you choose to fill it out online, please print and bring a physical copy with you.

On-Site Lab Services: For your convenience, all required blood work is performed right here in our office during your appointment.

The Process: What to Expect

1. The Examination: Dr. Sambare will review your medical history, vaccinations, and USCIS requirements to determine if further testing or vaccines are necessary.

2. Lab Results (1–3 Days): Once results are in, any necessary orders for additional vaccinations or chest X-rays will be sent to the email provided on your Form I-693.

3. Completion & Review: After you provide proof of any required follow-up items, we will contact you to schedule your Form Review and Pickup.

4. Final Pickup: You will review the completed Form I-693 for accuracy. Once approved, the documents are sealed in an official envelope and signed by Dr. Sambare. You will receive a full copy for your personal records.

Timeline: The entire process—from the initial exam to the final pickup—typically takes 7 to 10 business days.
